Para-paraan refers to the practice of clever problem-solving using modest resources, often resulting in Do-It-Yourself urban or household artifacts. Rooted in diskarte, a form of adaptive ingenuity shaped by everyday constraints, it thrives on improvisation, practical knowledge, and a refusal to be limited by scarcity.
